8-2-5.9 Parking During Winter Season

It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing on any public street any licensed or unlicensed motor vehicle from October 1 to March 1 of each year when there is an accumulation of snow in excess of two inches or when city snow removal units are on the streets. This provision shall apply to all streets within Helper City with the exception of the business district that area on main street between Locust Street and Janet Street it will be unlawful to park between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
