The special meeting of the Helper City Council was called to order by Mayor Bonacci at 5:00 p.m.   

 

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

 

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Bonacci.

 

AWARD BIDS FOR MUSEUM PROJECT.

 

P.J. Jensen told the council that all bids came in higher than expected.  The council felt that more funding should be acquired before any bids are awarded.

 

Council Member Buchanan moved to reject all bids for lack of funds. Council Member Gonzales seconded the motion. Motion carried. Unanimous decision by council present.

There being no further business Council Member Mascaro moved to adjourn the meeting.  Council Member Gonzales seconded the motion.  Motion carried.
