The Helper City Fire Department currently offers Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (C.P.R.) classes to any Government agency and the public that we serve.   Currently, Fireman Gary Harwood, George Zamantakis, and Jason Llewelyn are certified C.P.R. instructors for our department in which they will put on a class for any group of citizens that would like to become certified in C.P.R.

Time is critical when C.P.R. is required.  Join in with others in the community and learn how to properly perform C.P.R.  It may be a friend or family member that needs your help with a medical emergency.

If interested or if you would like to schedule a class, please call 435-472-3719 Ext. 1 and we would be more than happy to work out a schedule that will fit your needs.  Cost for the C.P.R. certification is $8.00 per student in which $6.00 of the total goes to the Fire Department to assist in purchasing equipment for the citizens we serve and paying to keep E.M.T.'s training up to date.  $2.00 goes to Castleview Hospital for obtaining the actual certification card.
