Obtaining Your Utah Criminal History Rap Sheet

Right of Access !!

The Helper City Police Department is now set up with the Bureau of Criminal Identification to enable Carbon County Residents to obtain their UCCH Rap Sheet thru our agency.

Carbon County Residents wishing to obtain their UCCH Rap Sheet must bring in valid state driver’s license, valid state identification card, or passport, complete a written application form, and pay a $10.00 fee.

UCCH system will then be checked and a hard copy printed for the applicant.  UCCH Rap sheets can only be hand given directly to the person who has requested their own rap sheet.  Rap Sheets can not be given to any second party by the Helper City Police Department.  This is not only the policy of Helper City but also the policy of the Utah State Bureau of Criminal Identification who regulates the Right of Access.

Once a person has obtained their rap sheet, the individual can divulge that information to whomever they wish.

Rap Sheets are valid only for the date which they are printed!!  Any questions please call the Helper Police Department Monday thru Friday between 8 am. And 4 p.m.  And we will assist you with the process.
