Helper City and the
Division of Wildlife Resources along with several other sponsors
have developed a fishing pond which is
located at the very north end of Martin Road in Helper. The
fishing pond is for day use only.
Overnight camping is
not permitted in this area and the pond is closed to fishing and
access between
10:00 pm. and 6:00 a.m. daily. Restrooms are located on the
property as well as parking for a small number of vehicles.
Utah State laws regulates this fishing pond since it is operated by the Division of Wildlife Resources. This also
pertains to fishing licenses being required. Come and enjoy the
great fishing opportunity that we have in the City of Helper!
Please be courteous
when using the fishing pond since it is located in a residential
area. Assist all who enjoy this great experience by packing
out what you pack in, helping to keep the area clean, and keeping
noise to a reasonable level.
