PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

 

The Pledge of Allegiance led by Chairman Paluso.

 

 

The regular meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Paluso at 7:00 p.m.

 

 

 

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES August 2, 2006.

 

Board Member Howell moved to approve the minutes August 2, 2006. Board Member Jensen seconded the motion.  Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

 

 

 

 

DISCUSSION AND/OR APPROVAL ON W.W. CLYDE EXCAVATION AND GRAVEL REMOVAL ON HOGGAT PROPERTY.

 

 Jason Whitman of W.W. Clyde informed the board that the operation would be moving to the Utah Railway property in Martin.   The property in already zoned for this kind of activity and W.W. Clyde would like the residents of Helper to be happy with their work.  The Board agreed that this would be a better place for all concerned.

 

DISCUSSION AND/OR APPROVAL ON LAKE CITY TRUCK SIGN. 

 

 

 

 Board Member Jensen moved to approve the building permit application for the sign for Lake City Trucks. Board Member Boyack seconded the motion.  Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

 

ADJOURNMENT:

 

There being no further business Board Member Boyack moved to adjourn the meeting.  Board Member Uncles seconded the motion.  Motion carried. Unanimous decision by the commission present to adjourn the meeting.
