PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

The Pledge of Allegiance led by Chairman Paluso.

The regular meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Paluso at 7:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES May 10, 2006.

Board Member Howell moved to approve the corrected minutes of May 10, 2006. Board Member Jensen seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

DISCUSSION AND/OR APPROVAL ON ZONING FOR BUILDING PERMIT AT 106 IVY STREET FOR RAYMOND SAVALA.

Board Member Jensen pointed out that there was not enough room for the proper set backs. All board members agreed that the garage could not be built at the current location.

Board Member Jensen moved to deny the building permit. Board Member Howell seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

ADJOURNMENT:

There being no further business Board Member Howell moved to adjourn the meeting. Board Member Jensen seconded the motion. Motion carried. Unanimous decision by the commission present to adjourn the meeting.
