PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance led by Vice-Chairman Uncles.
The regular meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Vice- Chairman Uncles at 7:00 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES December
7, 2005,January 25 and February 15, 2006.
Board Member Jensen moved to approve the minutes of December
7, 2005,January 25 and February 15, 2006. Board Member Boyack seconded the
motion. Motion Carried. Unanimous
decision of the Commission present.
DISCUSSION AND/OR
APPROVAL ON BUILDING PERMIT FOR TOM AND JODY ELLNER 283 BLAKE STREET.
This item will be rolled over to the next meeting. The board instructed Mr. Ellner to revise his plans and bring them back at the next meeting. The plans Mr. Ellner had given the board were declined a building permit.
DISCUSSION AND/OR
APPROVAL ON BUILDING PERMIT FOR RICHARD MORTENSEN.
Board MemberJensen moved to approve the building permit
for Richard Mortensen at 106 Orchard Street for a outdoor furnace. Board Member Boyack seconded the
motion. Motion Carried. Unanimous
decision of the Commission present.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business Board Member Jensen moved to adjourn the meeting. Board Member Boyack seconded the motion. Motion carried. Unanimous decision by the commission present to adjourn the meeting.
