PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

 

The Pledge of Allegiance led by Chairman Paluso.

 

 

The regular meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Paluso at 7:00 p.m.

 

 

 

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES March 15, and April 19, 2006.

 

Board Member Howell moved to approve the minutes of March 15, and April 19 2006. Board Member Jensen seconded the motion.  Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

 

 

 

 

 

DISCUSSION AND/OR APPROVAL ON ZONING FOR BUILDING PERMIT DR. DORR HANSEN AT 48 SOUTH MAIN.

 

Board Member Jensen moved to approve the building permit for Dr. Dorr Hansen remodel at 48 South Main.  Board Member Uncles seconded the motion.  Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

 

DISCUSSION AND/OR APPROVAL ON ZONING FOR BUILDING PERMIT KARL KRAYNC AT 2ND SOUTH 2ND AVE.

 

Board Member Uncles moved to approve the building permit for Karl Kraync at 2nd South 2nd Ave providing that Mr. Kraync gets the approval from his neighbor Mr. Matsuda.  Board Member Boyack seconded the motion.  Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

 

DISCUSSION AND/OR APPROVAL ON ZONING FOR BUILDING PERMIT TOM AND JODY ELLNER 283 BLAKE STREET.

 

Board Member Jensen moved to approve the building permit for Tom and Jody Ellner at 283 Blake Street for their garage.  Board Member Uncles seconded the motion.  Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

There being no further business Board Member Howell moved to adjourn the meeting.  Board Member Jensen seconded the motion.  Motion carried. Unanimous decision by the commission present to adjourn the meeting.
