PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

The Pledge of Allegiance led by Chairman Paluso.

The regular meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Paluso at 7:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES September 20, 2006.

Board Member Jensen moved to approve the minutes September 20, 2006. Board Member Uncles seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

DISCUSSION AND/OR APPROVAL ROMAN VEGA BUILDING PERMIT FOR SWIMMING POOL AT 305 RESERVOIR STREET.

Board Member Jensen moved to approve the request to build a swimming pool at 305 Reservoir Street. Board Member Boyack seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

DISCUSSION AND/OR APPROVAL ON LUXURY HOMES SIDEWALK ON PALMER STREET.

There was no one from Luxury Homes at the meeting.

DISCUSSION ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS.

Council Member Armstrong gave the board some resources to review on conditional use permits.

ADJOURNMENT:

There being no further business Board Member Howell moved to adjourn the meeting. Board Member Boyack seconded the motion. Motion carried. Unanimous decision by the commission present to adjourn the meeting.
