PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

The Pledge of Allegiance led by Chairman Paluso.

The regular meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Paluso at 7:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES March 14, 2007.

Board Member Uncles moved to approve the minutes March 14, 2007. Board Member Boyack seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

DISCUSSION AND/OR APPROVAL ON BUILDING PLANS FOR CHRIS PUGLIESE AT THE END OF 1^ST NORTH

Chris Pugliese – No show

DISCUSSION AND OR APPROVAL ON BUILDING PEMITS:

(1) PHILIP DELEE MONTOYA

ADJOURNMENT:

There being no further business Board Member Howell moved to adjourn the meeting. Board Member Jensen seconded the motion. Motion carried. Unanimous decision by the commission present to adjourn the meeting.
