PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

 

The Pledge of Allegiance led by Chairman Paluso.

 

 

The regular meeting and work meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Paluso at 7:00 p.m.

 

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES July 18,  2007

 

 

Board Member Uncles moved to approve the minutes July 18, 2007. Board Member Boyack seconded the motion.  Motion Carried.  Board Member Paluso, Boyack, Howell and Uncles, voting yes.

 

 

ALL STAR EQUIPMENT RENTAL-BUILDING PERMIT AT 5115 HWY 6 FOR TRAILER TO BE USED FOR OFFICE BUILDING

 

 

Nicole Labato told the commission that Carbon County needed a building permit signed by Helper City for her to replace the existing trailer used for office building on the property.  She also needed Helper City to call Ruggeri Plumbing to get his contractor license number for the permit.  Board Member Paluso called and got the number and added it to building permit application.

 

Board Member Boyack moved to approve building permit for All Star Equipment.  Board Member Uncles seconded the motion.  Motion Carried.  Board Member Paluso, Boyack, Howell and Uncles, voting yes.

 

 

REVISE PLANNING CODES.

 

The Board Members continued to work with Michael Bryant/Planning Advisor from the Association of Governments on revising the planning codes:

There being no further business Board Member Boyack moved to adjourn.  Board Member Howell seconded the motion.  Motion carried.  Board Member Paluso, Boyack, Howell and Uncles, voting yes.
