PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

The Pledge of Allegiance led by Chairman Paluso.

The regular meeting and work meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Paluso at 7:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES MAY 9, 2007

Board Member Howell moved to approve the minutes May 9, 2007. Board Member Uncles seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

APPROVAL ON LAKE CITY TRUCKS BUILDING PERMIT

Board Member Jensen moved to approve building permit for Lake City Trucks. Board Member Uncles seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Unanimous decision of the Commission present.

WORK SHOP MEETING - REVISE PLANNING CODES.

The Board Members began to work with Michael Bryant/Planning Advisor from the Association of Governments on revising the following planning codes: CC-1 Central Commercial Zone, G-1 General Commercial Zone, WC-1 Wholesale Commercial Zone, LC-1 Limited Commercial Zone and I-1 Industrial Zone.

ADJOURNMENT:

There being no further business Board Member Uncles moved to adjourn the meeting. Board Member Jensen seconded the motion. Motion carried. Unanimous decision by the commission present to adjourn the meeting.
