PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

 

The Pledge of Allegiance led by Chairman Paluso.

 

The regular meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Paluso at 7:00 p.m.

 

 

CORY BURGESS/BUILDING PERMIT – LOT ACROSS FROM 801 NORTH LINCOLN ROAD

 

 

Board Member Jensen moved to approve the building permit for Cory Burgess to build a shed/garage on the lot he is going to purchase across from 801 North Lincoln Road.  Board Member Uncles seconded the motion.  Motion Carried.   Paluso, Boyack, Howell, Jensen, and Uncles, voting yes.

 

 

BRENT STEELE/BUILDING PERMIT – 60 NORTH MAIN

 

Board Member Jensen moved to approve the building permit for Brent Steele to replace back porch at 60 North Main.  Board Member Howell seconded the motion.  Motion Carried.  Paluso, Boyack, Howell, Jensen, and Uncles, voting yes.

 

LEN HUNTINGTON/BUILDING PERMIT – 400 NORTH

 

Board Member Uncles moved to approve the building permit for Len Huntington to build garage and temporary shed.  Board Member Jensen seconded the motion.  Motion Carried.   Paluso, Boyack, Howell, Jensen, and Uncles, voting yes.

 

MIKE PONZINI/BUILDING PERMIT – 420 BOTTINO LANE

 

Board Member Jensen moved to approve the building permit for Mike Ponzini to build a garage at 420 Bottino Lane.  Board Member Boyack seconded the motion.  Motion Carried.  Paluso, Boyack, Howell, Jensen, and Uncles, voting yes.

 

REVISE CODES/MICHAEL BRYANT

 

Michael Bryant discussed the revised sections of codes he has been working on.  Commission decided to begin having 2 meetings per month until code revision is complete.  Regular meeting will be held on November and December and a work meeting is scheduled for November 28th. 

 

ADJOURNMENT:

 

There being no further business Board Member Boyack moved to adjourn.  Board Member Howell seconded the motion.  Motion carried.   Paluso, Boyack, Howell, Jensen and Uncles, voting yes.
