PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

The Pledge of Allegiance led by Chairman Paluso.

The regular meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Paluso at 7:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES FEBRUARY 20, 2008

Board Member Howell moved to approve the minutes for February 20, 2008. Board Member Boyack seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Board Member Paluso, Boyack, and Howell, voting yes.

TOD TABONE BUILDING PERMIT – GARAGE AT 740 CASTLE GATE ROAD

Board Member Howell moved to approve the building permit for Tod Tabone for a garage at 740 Castle Gate Road. Board Member Boyack seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Board Member Paluso, Boyack, and Howell, voting yes.

REVISE ZONING CODES – MICHAEL BRYANT

Michael Bryant reviewed Limited Industrial Zone LI-1. Mr. Bryant verified with commission that it was approved to combine WC1/LC1 and R-1-5000/R-1-6500. Mr. Bryant will continue to make changes advised by commission and the Industrial Zone I-1 and Flood Plain will be discussed during the regular meeting on 04-16-08.

ADJOURNMENT:

There being no further business Board Member Boyack moved to adjourn. Board Member Howell seconded the motion. Motion carried. Paluso, Howell and Boyack, voting yes.
