PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

The Pledge of Allegiance led by Chairman Paluso.

The regular meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Paluso at 7:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES JANUARY 16, 2008

Board Member Uncles moved to approve the minutes for January 16 , 2008. Board Member Howell seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Board Member Paluso, Uncles, and Howell, voting yes.

CHARLIE JONES – FOUR PLEX CONCEPTUAL DESIGN – 632 RAILROAD AVE.

Charlie Jones approached the commission with his plans for building a 6 unit Bed & Breakfast at 632 Railroad Ave. The commission told him the zone was R2-5000 and his plans looked like they met all requirements, he was told to follow all rules and guidelines. Mr. Jones will apply for a building permit when his plans are closer to being complete.

REVISE ZONING CODES – MICHAEL BRYANT

Michael Bryant continued reviewing the Conditional Use Permits. Mr. Bryant will continue to make changes advised by commission and discuss them during the regular meeting on 03-19-08.

ADJOURNMENT:

There being no further business Board Member Howell moved to adjourn. Board Member Uncles seconded the motion. Motion carried. Paluso, Howell and Uncles, voting yes.
