PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

The Pledge of Allegiance led by Chairman Paluso.

The regular meeting of the Helper City Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Paluso at 7:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES DECEMBER 19, 2007

Board Member Howell moved to approve the minutes for December 19, 2007. Board Member Uncles seconded the motion. Motion Carried. Board Member Paluso, Boyack, Uncles, and Howell, voting yes.

REVISE ZONING CODES – MICHAEL BRYANT

Michael Bryant reviewed Conditional Use Permits. Mr. Bryant will continue to make changes advised by commission and discuss them during the regular meeting on 02-20-08.

ADJOURNMENT:

There being no further business Board Member Boyack moved to adjourn. Board Member Uncles seconded the motion. Motion carried. Paluso, Boyack, and Uncles, voting yes. Howell was not present for the vote.
